Ngoc An is a diligent student who has achieved excellent academic results for many years. He dreams of becoming an electronics engineer.

His father can no longer do heavy construction work after surgery and now works as a motorcycle taxi driver. His mother earns an unstable income from assisting with cooking at local events and repairing clothes. An’s older brother had to give up university and begin working to help support the family.

Despite these difficulties, An remains committed to his education. However, the costs of transportation, uniforms, books and school supplies are a heavy burden on his family.
