Dang Hoang Duc Binh is a Grade 3 student who is hardworking and eager to learn. Despite his family’s difficult circumstances, he continues to attend school every day and hopes that education will give him a better future.
Binh lives in a family of six. Their main income comes from his father’s seasonal work tapping rubber trees for other farmers. The family has no farmland for food production and only a small plot of cashew trees, which often produces poor harvests. Their situation is even more difficult because Binh’s youngest sibling has hemophilia and requires regular medical care and monitoring. His mother had to stop working to care for the child, while his father continues to work despite undergoing treatment for kidney disease.
With an unstable income and ongoing medical expenses, even basic education costs such as books, uniforms, and school supplies are a significant burden for the family. Support of 30 EUR per month would help cover Binh’s essential school supplies, uniforms, learning materials, and other essential education costs and give him greater security to continue his education.
